Our One2One personal trainers are ready to motivate and educate you so you can set and attain personal fitness goals. We will work with you in putting together a game plan and design a customized personal training program perfect for you. You will work closely with your trainer and learn how to increase your fitness levels, reduce risk factors, change unwanted habits, manage stress, and meet life’s milestones with optimism and vitality. We tailor your workout to meet your needs and goals. Our personal training sessions will include a focus on flexibility, strength gain, weight loss, cardiovascular fitness and core strength depending on your individual needs. If you are recovering from an injury, or have any restrictions we will make sure to build that into your custom workout plan.

My wife and I have been BodyScapes One2One members since 1999. My trainers have always worked with me to get ready for downhill skiing in the winter and golf in summer. Because of BodyScapes, I can definitely claim that I hit the golf ball further, mostly into the woods. Over the years I've broken both collarbones. BodyScapes was an integral part of my rehab efforts. Most recently, I went through heart surgery. My personal trainer has been a key factor in my physical recovery. Brent and his staff have consistently been an influence on our healthier lifestyles for many years.
Really impressed. I started going to Bodyscapes two years ago. Felt I was in good shape because I'm a road cyclist. Learned how many more muscles there are in the body, that they all can be improved, and that one can also improve useful things like balance, flexibility... In awe of how knowledgeable the trainers are - ability to isolate and work individual muscles, vary the experience and workouts...
I LOVE BODYSCAPES! I have been going to the Newton location since 2006. The trainers have helped me get in shape, feel confident on my body strength, improved my balance by strengthening my core and help me train and complete 5 marathons. ... not bad for a woman of "mature" age :).
